What's a bonfire cypher?
An open and inclusive performance including rap, spoken word poetry, song, claps, snaps, and more. No list, no features, no sets, no intros.
Just peace, love, poetry, + fire.
what if I arrive early or another day?
Check out the park views! Go right (south) to 57th St. Beach, & 63rd St Beach, where a drumming circle meets Jamaican street food, and rum punch sold out the trunk. Go left (north) for more luscious lakefront, scattered with thriving people, nature, and art, and of course, the famous Chicago skyline.
